Participating in the debate in the Lok Sabha on three Bills seeking to amend the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam and set up a delimitation commission, the Samajwadi Party chief alleged that the government was using the proposed changes to delay the Census while pushing for an early delimitation.
