Site allottees in the NPKL have been fighting the BDA for nearly a decade over a lack of basic amenities in the layout. Fearing a barrage of similar complaints by site allottees in the Nadaprabhu Kermpegowda Layout (NPKL) and the order by Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) awarding compensation to a site owner over delay in providing basic amenities becoming a precedent, the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has decided to move the High Court.
