Puthiya Tamilagam founder K. Krishnasamy on Thursday said that delimitation of Parliamentary constituencies should be carried out in a manner that does not affect the rights of States. Addressing the media persons here, he said key bills has been introduced in Parliament including delimitation of constituencies, increase in number of members in Parliament and reservation for women.
