A total of USD 48,550, estimated at around ₹45.28 lakh, was recovered. | Photo Credit: By Arrangement A passenger was intercepted at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad on Thursday (April 16) after security personnel detected concealed foreign currency worth ₹45.28 lakh in hand baggage. The interception was made by the CISF CIW team based on profiling and suspicious behavioural indicators when the passenger, who was bound for Hong Kong, was screened near the departure gate.
