12-sector plan drawn to manage ‘Chandanotsavam’ crowd

In view of the ‘Chandanotsavam’ of Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy scheduled for April 20, District Collector M. Abhishikt Kishore said: “We have decided to divide the entire Simhachalam temple area into 12 sectors, with three senior officers from the Endowments, Revenue, and Police departments as in-charge officers for each sector.” These officers have been instructed to remain available on the ground, and work in close coordination to take prompt decisions, and manage situations effectively.

He chaired a final review meeting held at the Collectorate on Wednesday. He reviewed arrangements made by various departments and issued necessary guidelines.
