Narsingi 2BHK colony shop sold for ₹15,000 per sq ft; auctions across 3 more districts from April 15-21

Commercial shops in 2BHK housing colonies in some parts of Rangareddy district were in high demand as the stores in Narsingi were auctioned for ₹14,000 per square feet against an offset price of ₹5,000. While 273 shops in the district were put up for auction, 193 were sold.

The auction of 1,341 shops at 2BHK housing societies in three other districts would be conducted from April 15-21. The process to sell a total of 1,614 shops in 2BHK housing colonies in four districts began with the auction of 273 commercial stores in Rangareddy on April 9 and 10.
