Nithya Radhakrishnan, Senior Superintendent of Police, Traffic participating in a road safety awareness programme in Puducherry. | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT An eye camp, lessons on road safety and demonstration of giving first aid were part of the Road Safety awareness programme organised by the Traffic Police in Puducherry on Thursday. Around 150 personnel, including drivers, participated in the events. Senior Superintendent of Police Nithya Radhakrishnan distributed good road user sticker to two-wheeler riders wearing helmet. Aravind Eye Hospital and Alert NGO partnered with the traffic police in conducting the awareness programme, a press release said.
