P.B. Siddhartha College to host hackathon on January 30, 31

The Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in P. B. Siddhartha Arts and Science College, Vijayawada, is organising a ‘24-hour Hackathon’ on January 30 and 31.

A poster of the event was released by college principal Meka Ramesh, convener and joint secretary of Siddhartha Academy N. Lalitha Prasad, director Vemuri Baburao, college dean Rajesh C. Jampala and head of the data science department K. Udayashree on Wednesday on the campus.

Mr. Ramesh said innovative ideas and projects are invited in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, App Development, Internet of Things (IoT) and Open Innovation. He said cash prizes worth ₹60,000 will be awarded to the winners. Faculty members Vadlamudi Venkata Ramana, V. Samhita Reddy, CH. Rajyalakshmi and S. K. Raheem were also present at the event.
