Mr. Kharge was speaking on the sidelines of a roadshow in the national capital to promote the Bangalore Tech Summit, due to be held in November. “We have the third highest talent penetration in the world for AI,” Mr. Kharge said. “That’s why we have got the Nipuna Karnataka initiative, where we are encouraging companies to tie up with the government.
