A group of women observed the 24th anniversary of the Anti-Coca-Cola Struggle at Plachimada near here on Wednesday by staging a symbolic protest, placing inverted pots on their heads. The demonstration was directed against the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government for its failure to facilitate compensation for the victims of the Plachimada agitation.
