In a relief to victims of mobile theft and loss, Bapatla district police handed over 153 recovered mobile phones worth over ₹30 lakh, with Superintendent of Police B. Umamaheswar returning the devices to their owners on Saturday (April 18). The distribution marked the fourth phase of a special mobile recovery drive conducted at the district police headquarters. Officials said the phones were recovered during March 2026.
