YSRCP slams TDP over personal remarks against Jagan, raises concerns on Amaravati costs and viability

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) on Monday strongly criticised the TDP leadership for resorting to personal remarks against Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy instead of responding to his questions on the State’s capital plans.

Addressing the media, former Minister Perni Venkataramiah (Nani) said the Mavigun concept remained a more practical and acceptable alternative to Amaravati. He accused TDP leaders, including Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, of making exaggerated claims without clarity on financial requirements, timelines, or the long term utility of the capital project.
