A 22-year-old youth was found dead on Kilpauk Medical College Hospital (KMCH) premises on Tuesday. The victim has been identified as Iliaho, 22, a native of Arunachal Pradesh. He was admitted to the KMCH around 1 am after vomiting blood. Police said he had health issues. He was working at Erode. On the way to Arunachal Pradesh, his friends took him to the hospital and admitted him. At around 12.30 pm, he was found dead near the building where he was admitted. Police suspect he ended his life. His body was recovered by the police and sent for post-mortem examination. His attender also went missing.
