Worker electrocuted during crane operation at Dulapally unit

A worker was electrocuted at an industrial unit in Dulapally on Thursday evening after a crane boom came in contact with overhead high-tension power lines during a loading operation. The deceased was identified as Charan Yadav, 33, a resident of Ramnagar.

The incident was reported around 5.15 p.m. on the premises of Rocher Fabrication Private Company. According to officials, an iron scrap collection bin was being loaded onto a lorry using a crane when the mishap took place.
