A 29-year-old woman was found dead at her house in Police Quarters, Egmore on Wednesday. The victim has been identified as Bhuvaneswari, 29, attached to the Avadi Battalion and on deputation at the Egmore Crime Branch, was found dead at the Police quarters. She and her husband Silambarasan who is also a police constable fell in love with each other and married in 2024. Egmore police recovered her body and sent it for post-mortem to Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital. Police suspect she ended her life. An enquiry by Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) is on.
