The party’s Delhi chief, Devender Yadav, who participated in a meeting with BLA-2 (Booth Level Agents) in Badli village, Rohini, ahead of the SIR exercise scheduled to begin next month, said the initial screening by the Election Commission had revealed many discrepancies, including the deletion of votes of people who are still residing at their listed addresses. “When Congress BLA-2 workers visited these houses and carried out verifications, those listed as voters were found to be present. We have submitted these cases to the electoral registration officer and the sub-divisional magistrate for re-verification,” he said.
