‘We Help’, a telecounselling service to share concerns and clear doubts of students appearing for SSLC and higher secondary examinations, and alleviate their stress as well as that experienced by their parents, has become functional. The service comes under the Career Guidance and Adolescent Counselling Cell of the General Education department’s higher secondary wing. Director of General Education N.S.K. Umesh inaugurated the helpline, which will function from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on working days till the exams conclude. Students can call the toll-free number 1800 425 2844 to talk about exam stress, clear doubts related to their subjects, and get guidance about higher studies and career paths, a statement here said.
