Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 121.40 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Monday stood at 121.40 feet (permissible level is 142 ft) with an inflow of 252 cusecs and a discharge of 700 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level stood at 45.83 ft (maximum level is 71 ft) with an inflow of 354 cusecs and a discharge of 669 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 4,077.88 mcft.
