Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 119.30 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Monday stood at 119.30 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 feet) with an inflow of 28 cusecs and a discharge of 644 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 44.16 feet (the maximum level is 71 feet) with an inflow of 392 cusecs and a discharge of 69 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 3,503.10 mcft.
