Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 113.50 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Monday was 113.50 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with nil inflow and a discharge of 256 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 33.14 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 29 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,687.39 mcft.
