Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 111.80 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Thursday stood at 111.80 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 23 cusecs and a discharge of 278 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 34.22 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 216 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,473.76 mcft.
