The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday (February 25, 2026) said the documents shall be submitted by the EROs, AEROs to the presiding judicial officers by Thursday (February 26, 2026) 5 p.m. | Photo Credit: PTI The Supreme Court on Wednesday (February 25, 2026) said all the documents mentioned in para 3(iii) of order dated February 24, 2026 which are not uploaded so far and received before February 14, shall be submitted by the EROs, AEROs to the presiding judicial officers by Thursday (February 26, 2026) 5 p.m. In a modified order on Wednesday the SC said madhyamik admit cards may be submitted along with pass certificate as proof of birth and parentage. In its order on Tuesday, the top court said moved in quickly to swell the ranks of judicial officers deployed to aid the Election Commission of India (ECI) in the completion of the West Bengal Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process, even alerting neighbouring Odisha and Jharkhand to spare their judges.
