V. Pranav Gopal said. Announcing the launch of VISTA (VMRDA Integrated Smart Ticketing Application) on Saturday, he said the platform has been developed to offer a seamless and hassle-free experience for visitors to parks, museums and other tourist destinations managed by the authority.
