The Visakhapatnam City police have cracked the case related to the suspicious death of a 50-year-old man, Uma Shankar, and arrested a woman, her alleged paramour and her brother for murder and for attempting to pass it off as a suicide. .

According to PM Palem Police Station Inspector G. Balakrishna, “The victim Uma Shankar, a native of Appughar and a married man, was running a catering business. He had reportedly been in an illicit relationship with Rajeswari, who is also married, for 13 years.”
