Vehicles handed over to Puttaparthi police

Puttaparthi MLA Palle Sindhura Reddy and former minister Palle Raghunath Reddy on Thursday (February 05) handed over five vehicles to the Puttaparthi polce sub-division.

Superintendent of Police S Satish Kumar, Ms. Sindhura Reddy and Mr. Raghunath Reddy performed pujas to the vehicles and handed over them to the department. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Satish Kumar said it became difficult for the police to reach any place of offence as the current fleet of vehicles have become old. When the issue was taken to the notice of the MLA and former minister, they have responded positively and handed over five vehicles immediately, he said.
