Union Minister of State for Steel and Heavy Industries B. Srinivasa Varma on Saturday (January 31) claimed that the Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (VB–GRAM G) would guarantee water security, improve warehouse space and roads in villages and address the worker shortage in the agriculture sector. Mr. Srinivasa Varma was inspecting the VB-G RAM G works at Vaddigudem and Vissa Koderu villages of Veeravasam Mandal in West Godavari. In an interaction with the beneficiaries on the sidelines of their work, Mr. Srinivasa Varma appealed to them not to believe the alleged rumours spread by the opposition on the implementation of the scheme.
