MDMK general secretary Vaiko met Chief Minister M.K. Stalin in Chennai on Friday and requested him to write an introductory chapter for a five-volume compilation of his speeches in Parliament, which runs to several thousand pages. Mr. Vaiko had served in both the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha. He said he had also requested N. Ram, former Editor-in-Chief of The Hindu, to contribute his notes for the volumes.
