Vice-Chancellor of Mangalore University P.L. Dharma on Monday asked human resource (HR) management professionals to cultivate strong interpersonal skills, maintain discipline, and create cooperative and approachable work environments.

Speaking after inaugurating a two-day HR conference ‘STUNA-2026’ at the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, the Vice-Chancellor underscored the importance of politeness, empathy, and meaningful human interaction in effective HR practices.
