Upholding justice, equality, human values is duty of every citizen, says Karnataka High Court judge

Karnataka High Court Judge H.P. Sandesh said on Monday that upholding justice, equality, and human values is the fundamental duty of every citizen. The legal profession offers immense opportunities to realise this responsibility.

He was speaking after inaugurating the second zonal level workshop: ‘From Classroom to Courtroom: Law Students as Catalyst for Social Justice’, at Alva’s College in Moodbidri. Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi, and Alva’s Education Foundation jointly organised the workshop.
