A casual violation of road rules by a bike rider claimed the lives of two youths on Kamarajar Salai past Saturday midnight. The police said that C. Shanmugavel (22), hailing from Palayamkottai, was working in an eatery in the city. He had gone to a petrol bunk on Kamarajar Salai at around 12.15 a.m. on Sunday.
