In a daring incident, an armed gang hacked to death two persons near Othakadai on Tuesday. One of the deceased has been identified as Muniyasamy of Thethampatti near Othakadai. The identity of the other deceased is yet to be ascertained. The police said that when the deceased were riding on a two-wheeler, the assailants who had come in a car, had knocked down the bike.
