Two Amrit Bharat Express trains to pass through Duvvada

Two Amrit Bharat Express trains recently flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will pass through Duvvada, according to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager K. Pavan Kumar.

Train No. 16107 Tambaram–Santragachi Weekly Amrit Bharat Express will leave Tambaram on Fridays at 3.30 p.m., with effect from January 23, and reach Duvvada the next day at 4.50 a.m. It will depart Duvvada at 4.52 a.m. and reach Santragachi at 8.15 p.m. on the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 16108 Santragachi–Tambaram Weekly Amrit Bharat Express will leave Santragachi on Saturdays at 11.55 p.m., with effect from January 24, and reach Duvvada the next day at 4.38 p.m. It will depart at 4.40 p.m. and reach Tambaram at 9.15 a.m. on Mondays.

The train will have 22 coaches, comprising 11 General Second Class Sitting coaches, eight Sleeper Class coaches, two Second Class-cum-Luggage Vans and one Pantry Car. The stoppages over East Coast Railway include Duvvada, Pendurthi, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Brahmapur, Balugaon, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jajpur Keonjhar Road and Bhadrak.

Train No. 16523 SMVT Bengaluru–Balurghat Weekly Amrit Bharat Express will leave SMVT Bengaluru on Wednesdays at 10.15 a.m., with effect from January 21, and reach Duvvada the next day at 3.35 a.m. It will depart at 3.37 a.m. and reach Balurghat at 4.15 a.m. on Fridays.

In the return direction, Train No. 16524 Balurghat–SMVT Bengaluru Weekly Amrit Bharat Express will leave Balurghat on Saturdays at 5.15 a.m., with effect from January 24, and reach Duvvada the next day at 6.30 a.m. It will depart at 6.32 a.m. and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 3 a.m. on Mondays.

This train will also consist of 22 coaches, including two Second AC coaches, six Third AC coaches, eight Sleeper Class coaches, four General Second Class Sitting coaches and two Second Class-cum-Luggage Vans. The stoppages over East Coast Railway will be the same as those of the Tambaram–Santragachi service.
