The newly appointed Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) M. Ravi Chandra, along with Minister for Finance P. Keshav, conducted an extensive review of pilgrim facilities at Tirumala on Saturday (February 7).

The visit began at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam complex (MTVAC), where Mr. Ravi Chandra shared a meal with devotees and sought their feedback on the taste, quality, quantity and serving standards of Annaprasadam. He also interacted with staff working in the Annaprasadam wing and with Srivari Sevaks, lauding their service.

At the water and food analysis laboratory, he reviewed the processes of testing food and water against various quality parameters and interacted with laboratory personnel.

He later inspected the queue lines from Octopus junction to Krishna Teja circle, reviewing crowd movement and pilgrim convenience. At the Integrated Command Centre in the Vaikuntam queue complex, he assessed crowd and traffic management systems, headcount monitoring and real-time analytics, and virtually interacted with a donor, V. Jaya Prakash from the U.S.

He also inspected PAC-5, examining amenities including lockers, Kalyanakatta, Annaprasadam facilities and the smart shoe-keeping centre.

TTD Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, CVSO Muralikrishna and senior officials were present.
