TTD terminates outsourced employee for ‘illegally charging’ devotees

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Monday took serious note of an incident involving an outsourced employee who allegedly collected money from devotees at a luggage deposit centre in Tirumala.

The accused, identified as Narasimha Reddy, was allegedly found charging devotees for a service that is officially provided free of cost. Acting swiftly, the administration immediately terminated him from service.
