Tirunelveli police take action against bike riders violating traffic rules

The Tirunelveli City Police have finally started taking action against bike riders who gleefully unleash terror on all roads by violating every traffic rule at will and challenge policing, as the traffic police wing booked good number of bikers on Friday.

The violations, included riding the bikes without helmet or number plates, manoeuvring bike at high speed, triple-riding on a bike, fitting noisy silencers and banned horns in their bikes, speaking on mobile phones while riding bikes or driving vehicles etc.
