Restaurants and commercial mass kitchens in Tiruchi are bracing for a shortage in LPG gas cylinders as the conflict in West Asia prolongs. “For the past three days, the supply of commercial gas cylinders has been stopped in Tiruchi district. However, there is no disruption in the domestic cylinders as of now, though we have to wait and watch how the political situation plays out,” a long-time LPG gas agency proprietor in Edamalaipatti Pudur, Tiruchi, told The Hindu on Tuesday.
