Delivering the convocation address at the Holy Cross College, G.S. Chauhan, joint secretary, University Grants Commission, said acquisition of knowledge should serve as a transformative force which shapes character, leadership and social responsibility. Educationalist Ganga Ram Jamdagni (Shastri), retired principal, Adarsh Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, affiliated to the Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, was among the special invitees. Sr. Dr. P. Rajakumari, Principal, presented the annual report at the convocation in which 1,937 students received their degrees.
