A three-year-old girl sustained severe head injuries after a man picked her up and violently slammed her to the ground following an argument with her mother at Jagadgirigutta. The child is currently fighting for her life at Osmania General Hospital. According to the Jagadgirigutta Inspector B. Venkatesham, the incident involved Krishnaveni, a resident of Devender Nagar in Katta Maisamma Nagar, who has three children and has been living separately from her husband for some time. She had been staying with a man identified as Shiva.
