Three accused persons, who failed to appear before courts for a long time, were arrested by the Mangaluru City and Dakshina Kannada district police. The Barke Police of Mangaluru city on Tuesday, arrested Riyaz, who had failed to appear before court in Mangaluru for 17 years in the case registered against him. The court had declared the case as long pending one and had issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW). The police said Riyaz was before the court, which remanded him to 15 days of judicial custody.
