The Hindu Tech Summit 2026 LIVE: Day 1 to focus on enterprise resilience and governance

The Hindu Group’s two-day Tech Summit 2026 gets underway on Thursday (February 12, 2026), as government officials, academicians and industry leaders come together to deliberate on various issues at the intersection of technology and governance, building resilience in industry and the challenges and opportunities from artificial intelligence.

Titled ‘Continuity Unbroken: Building the Architecture of Resilience in a Connected World’, the summit’s first day will focus on enterprise resilience and governance with key features being data privacy in biometric platforms, technology-led disaster recovery, evolution of next-generation governance and compliance frameworks, and cyber resilience in an AI-driven world.

The event will be inaugurated by G. Viswanathan, Founder and Chancellor, Vellore Institute of Technology. He will also deliver the keynote address. Raju Vegesna, Chairman and Managing Director, Sify Technologies, will deliver a special address. 

The summit is presented by Vellore Institute of Technology and co-presented by Sify.
