Tension in Kurnool as BJP protests Youth Congress demonstration at Delhi AI Summit

Tension prevailed for sometime at the Congress party district unit office in Kurnool on Saturday as BJP leaders and activists demonstrated against the Youth Congress protest at the Delhi AI Summit.

Activists and leaders of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and BJP gathered in good numbers in front of the Congress party office and raised slogans against its national leader Rahul Gandhi. They threw eggs and rotten tomatoes at the office and the flexes.

The BJP activists tore the flexes and set the effigy of Rahul Gandhi on fire, leading to some tense moments. Police later intervened and brought the situation under control.
