The Telangana Waqf Board (TGWB) is working towards listing over 6,700 Muslim endowment properties on the UMEED portal, according to sources. The Board, through its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammed Asadullah had recently moved the Waqf Tribunal seeking another extension of UMEED portal deadline so that properties could be uploaded, checked, and approved for final listing. With the Waqf Tribunal granting extension till June 5, sources at the TGWB expressed confidence that the listing of over 6,700 properties would be completed on time. Officials underscored that there is no special drive underway, and that work is continuing as usual.
