People wait in queue to refuel at a petrol station in Secunderabad on Wednesday (March 25, 2026)

An emergency meeting on measures to be taken to avoid shortage of petrol and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) would be held by Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at Assembly Committee hall in Hyderabad on Wednesday (March 25,2026) afternoon. 

Besides the stocks of the fuel, urea supply too would be discussed at the meeting with officials. 

This comes amid rush at fuel stations across the city. Telangana Civil Supplies Department on Tuesday said that there is no shortage of petrol, diesel or LPG.
