Telugu Desam Party (TDP) politburo member R. Srinivasa Reddy felicitated party activists who struggled a lot during the previous YSRCP dispensation to bring the party back to power.

Accompanied by his spouse, Reddeppagari Madhavi Reddy, who is the Kadapa MLA and the government whip, he garlanded the statue of the party’s founder, N.T. Rama Rao, in the city and paid tributes on Sunday (March 29, 2026), commemorating the party’s 44th foundation day.

Speaking on the occasion after cutting a cake, Mr. Srinivasa Reddy said the party would reach out to its cadre, who, he said, were targeted during the erstwhile YSRC government.

The activists, who were declared the best and felicitated on the occasion, reiterated their resolve to ensure the State’s development on all fronts and to keep the party in power forever.

Ms. Madhavi Reddy called the TDP a party born to uplift the poor and bring a social revolution, as envisaged by the founder N.T.R.
