The event, themed ‘A Holistic Well-being Symposium’, is designed as a high-impact platform to inspire and equip women to lead fulfilling lives, personally and professionally, through practical, experience-led perspectives on well-being, workplace inclusion and sustainable leadership, with SDM Institute for Management Development as the knowledge partner. With organisations increasingly recognising that well-being and inclusion are business imperatives, the programme will bring together thought leaders and domain experts to share actionable approaches that strengthen individual well-being and help build healthier, more respectful workplaces, according to the CII. A special focus of the symposium will be on women returning to work after a career break, with sessions and takeaways that address confidence-building, readiness and reintegration support. The agenda will cover four key pillars: Physical Wellness, Financial Well-being, Mental Well-being and Emotional Well-being, and will feature expert-led sessions with practical and relatable inputs, a keynote address by a distinguished woman leader, light interactive elements and reflection activities for deeper learning, and curated networking opportunities for peer learning and cross-sector engagement. According to CII, the symposium is relevant for every individual nurturing an inclusive workplace, including line managers, academicians and students, and for women professionals across career stages, women on career breaks, and men who support inclusive leadership.
