Inaugurating the new Hero Premia showroom in Hubballi on February 18, he said detailed technical knowledge should be explained to customers at the time of delivery. Shaji T.P, zonal service head of Hero MotoCorp Ltd, elaborated on the innovative technology used in Hero’s premium bikes.
