In order to clear the extra rush during the Pancha Maharathothsava and Doddajathre, the South Western Railway will run special unreserved express trains between Mysuru and Nanjangud town from March 30 to April 3, with five trips in each direction.

A statement here said Train No. 06225 Mysuru–Nanjangud Town Unreserved Express Special will depart from Mysuru at 13:00 hrs and arrive at Nanjangud Town at 14:00 hrs with arrival/departure at intermediate stoppages at Chamarajapuram at 13:07/13:08 hrs, Ashokapuram at 13:15/13:16 hrs, Kadakola at 13:29/13:30 hrs, Tandavapura at 13:35/13:36 hrs, and Sujatapuram at 13:41/13:42 hrs, respectively.

Similarly, Train No. 06226 Nanjangud Town–Mysuru Unreserved Express Special will depart from Nanjangud Town at 15:10 hrs and arrive at Mysuru at 16:10 hrs with arrival/departure at intermediate stoppages at Sujatapuram at 15:15/15:16 hrs, Tandavapura at 15:21/15:22 hrs, Kadakola at 15:27/15:28 hrs, Ashokapuram at 15:48/15:50 hrs and Chamarajapuram at 15:55/15:56 hrs, respectively.
