The State Cabinet has decided to establish special courts in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam districts for the trial of cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. As part of the decision, four new posts have been created to facilitate the functioning of these special courts.
