Singer Soha Narayanam’s ‘Chaos’ is a soundtrack for overthinking

Over the past few months, singer-songwriter Soha Narayanam found herself overwhelmed — fatigued by endless choices, and living more in the future than the present. Realising she was not alone in feeling this way, she channelled it into her new single, ‘Chaos’, a theme-driven “exploration of mental stillness in an overwhelming, fast-paced world.”

“Look at the world right now,” says Soha. “It’s quite chaotic, and there aren’t really any answers.” Lines like ‘Ten tabs open’, they’re all in the future’ reflect that headspace, but the song ultimately helped her stop chasing clarity and sit with where she was.
