Karnan, along with Joint Commissioner (Traffic) Joel Davis and other officers, during the inspection on Thursday. | Photo Credit: Arrangement A field inspection was carried out on Thursday by Hyderabad Police and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials on the proposed model corridor stretch from Shaikpet Flyover to Masab Tank, with focus on easing traffic congestion and improving road infrastructure. Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar and GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, along with senior officials, reviewed the entire stretch and identified key bottlenecks, including waterlogging points at the Shaikpet flyover ramp and Tolichowki. Officials also examined issues near NMDC and discussed construction of a foot-over-bridge near S.D. Eye Hospital.
